Vogelsbach is an H0e layout loosely based on the facilities of the Zillertalbahn terminus at Jenbach in Austria.
The date modelled is from approx. 2005 to present and utilises modern day as well as steam tourist train stock.
There may also be the occasional “hired in” rolling stock to add more variety
The object was to build a layout to a deadline for an exhibition using ready to run items and a mixture of modified and ready made structures.
The track is Kato N gauge Unitrack and components and can be operating either by DC or DCC controls.
